Andrea Casagrande is a photographer based in Milan.

After attending art high school, where he first explored painting, sculpture and other visual languages, he began assisting photographers on set, an experience that led him to identify photography as his primary means of expression. He later deepened his practice through formal training and, in 2022, moved to New York to study at the International Center of Photography, where he refined his approach to color printing, darkroom work and alternative techniques. He has since returned to Milan, continuing his work across different contexts.

His practice spans from fashion to outdoor imagery, informed by his experience in mountaineering and a hands-on approach to the medium. His work reflects a versatile and exploratory attitude, combining technical awareness with a strong sensitivity to both environment and subject.
