Biography
Glauco Canalis is a photographer shaped by the Mediterranean landscapes of his upbringing.
His practice develops through an ongoing exploration of the environments he inhabits and the people within them, building a body of work rooted in observation and lived experience.
Focusing on youth as a central theme, his images investigate the relationship between identity and place, where attitude, fashion, architecture and nature intertwine. His work is defined by an atemporal and layered visual language, reflecting a sensitive and politically aware perspective on the contemporary human condition.
