Biography
Omar Zaki is a cinematographer based in Berlin.
Originally from Cairo, he began his journey in filmmaking in New York, where he developed a strong foundation in visual storytelling and craft. Living and working across different cities has shaped his perspective and informed his evolving practice.
His work moves between commercial, fashion and cultural projects, with a focus on translating brand narratives into cinematic imagery. His visual language is defined by a strong attention to rhythm, texture and detail, reflecting a precise and collaborative approach grounded in sensitivity to human connection.
